Privacy policy
Last updated: October 25, 2026
1. Who we are
This policy explains how DataVizPro handles personal data collected on the datavizpro.com website, in accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018, LGPD).
2. What data we collect
The website has no forms and does not ask for personal data. It also does not use tracking cookies, advertising tools or third-party behavioral analytics.
As with any website, the server logs technical access data, such as IP address, date, time and page visited. These logs are used only to keep the site secure and running. The site is delivered through the Cloudflare network, which protects it against attacks, speeds up loading and also processes this technical data under its own privacy policy.
To show the site in your language, we use the language set in your browser and the approximate country of your connection, without storing this information. If you choose a language on the site, your choice is saved in the "lang" cookie, which does not identify you and is used only to remember the language.
3. Contact via WhatsApp and Telegram
When you contact us on WhatsApp or Telegram, we receive the data you share in the conversation, such as your name, number or username and the messages you send. We use this data only to reply, understand your needs and, if you ask, send you a proposal. The legal bases are pre-contractual steps and our legitimate interest in responding to you (Article 7, items V and IX, of the LGPD).
WhatsApp and Telegram are third-party services with their own privacy policies.
4. How long we keep it
We keep conversations for as long as needed to serve you and for any resulting business relationship, and delete them when they are no longer needed or when you ask.
5. Sharing
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Your rights
You may at any time request confirmation that we process your data, as well as access, correction, anonymization, portability or deletion of your data, and you may withdraw your consent (Article 18 of the LGPD). To do so, contact us by email at [email protected].
7. Changes
This policy may be updated. The date of the latest revision is always shown at the top of this page.
