Terms of Service

1. The service

DATAVIZPRO brings together in dashboards the sales, commission, refund, chargeback, campaign and traffic data you connect from platforms such as ClickBank, Digistore24, BuyGoods, JVZoo, RedTrack, TikTok Ads and VTurb, or import by CSV.

The service only reads and organizes this data. It does not sell, charge, refund or change anything on your platforms.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for your password and for everything that happens in your workspace, including the people you invite.

By connecting a platform, you confirm that you are authorized to access that data and to share it with DATAVIZPRO.

3. Free trial

Each person’s first workspace gets a 7-day trial with the Pro plan features, no credit card required. When the trial ends, you need to choose a plan to keep using the service. If no plan is chosen, access is paused and the data stays stored for a while.

4. Plans, pricing and billing

Current plans, limits and prices are listed at datavizpro.com/en/#precos and on the plans page in the dashboard. Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe, in US dollars or Brazilian reais depending on the billing country.

If a payment fails, you will have a few days to fix it. After that, the workspace is locked until payment is made, with no data loss.

We may change prices and plans. Existing subscribers will be notified in advance, and the change applies from the next renewal.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from the dashboard, with no fees. Access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Amounts for periods that have already started are not refunded, except where required by law.

6. Acceptable use

You may not:

• use the service for any illegal activity or to infringe the rights of others;
• try to access data from other workspaces, get around plan limits or test the security of the service without written permission;
• resell or sublicense access to the dashboard without an agreement with us;
• overload the service with automated access beyond normal use.

7. Your data

The data you connect remains yours. We use it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can request deletion of your workspace and data at any time.

8. Availability and third-party platforms

We work to keep the dashboard online and the data up to date, but the service may go through maintenance and instability. The numbers depend on third-party platforms’ APIs, postbacks and files: delays, errors or changes on those platforms may affect what appears in the dashboard.

The dashboards are a monitoring tool and do not replace the platforms’ official reports for tax, accounting or payment purposes.

9. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, DATAVIZPRO is not liable for lost profits, lost revenue or business decisions made based on the dashboards, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the event.

10. Suspension

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, with prior notice whenever possible.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. We will announce important changes by email or in the dashboard. These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
